Description
This course is engineered for law enforcement and military professionals who need more than “range reps.” It’s built around the realities of real fights - confined spaces, compromised positions, moving threats, ballistic behavior, and rapid decision‑making under stress. If you carry a pistol for work, this is the training that closes the gaps most qualifications never expose.
Morning: Mission Prep & First‑Round Performance
Safety brief, medical roles, emergency assignments
Cold‑bore live fire: your first, best shot - no warm‑up, no excuses
Close-Quarters & Confined‑Space Gunfighting
ECQC work: discussion, demonstration, and controlled live‑fire
Vehicle‑based operations: deploying your pistol inside a vehicle or tight space without muzzling yourself or your partners
Deflection Drills: defeating glass, windshields, and intermediate barriers by understanding bullet behavior
Cover, Concealment & Height‑Over‑Bore Realities
Tactical advantage: using cover without exposing critical anatomy
Critical‑incident live fire: prevent deflection off obstacles and work height‑over‑bore angles with precision
Decision‑Making & Dynamic Threat Engagement
Rapid target engagements: electronic pop‑up range testing threat scanning, red‑dot acquisition, and shoot/no‑shoot judgment
Moving threats: tracking vs. trapping methodology
Movement to/from contact: how to move with purpose, clear angles, and maintain accuracy on the move
Terminal Ballistics & Performance Validation
Terminal ballistics discussion, demo, and live‑fire confirmation
Optional agency‑selected qualification
Certificate of Completion (or Participation, per agency directive)
You’ll leave with a tighter understanding of how your pistol, your dot, and your decision‑making hold up against real-world variables - not theory, not speculation. Actual reps in actual environments.
