By accessing or using this website, purchasing products, registering for training, or participating in our forum, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
1. ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You must be legally eligible under all applicable federal, state, and local laws to:
- Purchase firearms or suppressors
- Possess firearms or ammunition
- Participate in firearms training
You affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or 21 where required by law)
- You are not prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We do not provide legal advice regarding firearm ownership, transfer, or use. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law.
2. FIREARMS & SUPPRESSOR SALES
All firearm and suppressor sales are subject to:
- Federal, state, and local laws
- Background checks
- Waiting periods
- ATF regulations
- NFA requirements (where applicable)
Transfers & Compliance
- Firearms are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
- Suppressors and other NFA items require ATF approval prior to transfer.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally completed.
No Refunds on Regulated Items
Once paperwork has begun, all firearm and suppressor sales are final, except where required by law.
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Classes
All classes require a minimum enrollment of five (5) students to proceed, unless the course is taught by an outside instructor, in which case minimum enrollment requirements are determined by that instructor.
Class Cancellations by Us:
If a class must be canceled due to low enrollment or other circumstances, students will be notified prior to the scheduled class date. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.Student Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at (712) 570-5227.
You may choose one of the following options:Apply your payment as credit toward a future class, or
Receive a refund minus a 10% restocking/administrative fee
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping & Delivery Policy – Products
Shipping:
All online product orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification confirming that your order is on the way.Local Pickup:
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, please select “Pickup” at checkout.
After placing your order, contact us at (712) 570-5227 to let us know when you plan to stop by the range to collect your items.
3. TRAINING & CLASSES
Firearms training is inherently dangerous.
By registering for or attending any class, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Firearms carry risk of serious injury or death
- Physical exertion, stress, and environmental hazards may be involved
- Injuries may occur despite adherence to safety protocols
Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training, including but not limited to:
- Accidental discharge
- Equipment failure
- Physical injury
- Property damage
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless:
- The company
- Owners, instructors, staff, contractors, and affiliates
From any claims arising from participation in training activities.
Fitness & Equipment
You are responsible for ensuring:
- You are physically and mentally capable of participating
- Your equipment is safe, functional, and appropriate
We reserve the right to remove any participant for safety or conduct reasons without refund.
4. FORUM & USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Our forum exists for discussion, education, and community engagement.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you post. You agree not to:
- Post illegal, threatening, or defamatory content
- Provide instructions for criminal activity
- Encourage unsafe or unlawful firearm use
- Harass, intimidate, or abuse others
No Professional Advice
Forum content does not constitute:
- Legal advice
- Medical advice
- Tactical instruction
- Professional training
You act on any information at your own risk.
Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content
- Suspend or ban users
- Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required
